THE POLICY OF QUALITY

The strategic aim of the „INMED-KARCZEWSCY” firm is ensuring the best quality of its medical products and medical gases installations carried out, what will guarantee complete satisfaction for the clients.

The quality aim of the „INMED-KARCZEWSCY” firm is the production and delivering medical products as well as carrying out medical gases installations, that:
• meet the clients’ needs and expectations,
• are modern, reliable and safe,
• are made on the basis of the already checked technologies and high quality certificated resources and materials,
• are produced in supervised processes,
• are competitive as far as prices are concerned,
• are produced and delivered in the negotiated time limits.

In order to execute the above Policy of Quality the firm’s management:
• analyses the market’s needs and examines Clients’ satisfaction,
• closely cooperates with the deliverers and clients,
• ensures medical, hygienic and technical safety of their products and executed installations for the users, patients and third party,
• carries out constant improvement of the production and service processes as well as work methods through the modernization of the production equipment,
• carries out systematic overviews in the managing and constantly improves, in order to ensure the declared quality level of the medical products and carried out medical gases installations,
• stimulates raising up the qualifications of the working personnel, on each organizational grade, which aims at the best performance of the quality task.
