In accordance with the Act on Medicinal Products of April 20, 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 93 item 896) and Medical Directive 93/42/EEC and in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of April 30, 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 100 item 1027 § 3) the "Pipeline system for medical gases" is a medicinal product of class IIb, rule 2.9.11.12, and, like every medicinal product, in order to be marketed, in accordance with Article 5 of the Act on Medicinal Products, it must be marked with a CE symbol and in accordance with Article 52 of the Act 1 of Medicinal Products, it must be submitted to the Register of Medicinal Products.
