In accordance with the Act on Medicinal Products of May 20, 2010 (Journal of Laws No. 107 item 679) and Medical Directive 93/42/EEC and in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of April 30, 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 100 item 1027 § 3) the "Pipeline system for medical gases" is a medicinal product of class IIb, rule 2.9.11.12, and, like every medicinal product, in order to be marketed, in accordance with Article 11 of the Act on Medicinal Products, it must be marked with a CE symbol and in accordance with Article 58 of Medicinal Products, it must be submitted to the Register of Medicinal Products.
