Medical gas consumption boards belong to a group of many elements used for finishing med-gas pipeline systems. In our company, we call the gas caissons, often referred to as the med-gas panels, medical gas supply switchboards – the on-wall version. The switchboards are provided with medical gas outlet points for type AGA and DIN systems. The TPG-P is the recessed version of switchboard.

The medical gas consumption boards TPG-N are installed:
- in operation rooms
- in intensive care rooms
- in rooms where patients are prepared
- in patients’ rooms
- in medical rescuing wards
- in waking-up rooms
W kasetonach TPG-N instalowane są następujące gazy: O2, N2O, VAC, AIR 0,5MPa, AIR 0,8MPA, CO2 oraz gniazdo odciągu gazów anestetycznych.
Construction:
Boards’ casings are produced from the high quality aluminum profiles. The profiles occur in the single version (narrow) or double version (wide). All casings’ surfaces are anoded or painted with the powder paints possessing the hygienic certificate. The casings may be painted in any color chosen from he RAL catalogue. The surfaces are easy to be kept in cleanness, resistant to disinfectants as well as UV rays.
Symbols:
The gas consumption boards TPG-N are signed in order to enable reading out the symbol of the board and what gases are present in it.
The symbol: TPG-N/YZ-YZ-…YZ
The boards’ casings are signed with the TPG-N symbol - after a slash there are written symbolic numbers and kinds of sockets present in a given board. The number of sockets are signed with numbers (Y) and kinds using letter symbols (chosen from the following):
The letter symbols:
O - informs about the presence of the O2 socket
N - informs about the presence of the N2O socket
A - informs about the presence of the AIR socket
V - informs about the presence of the VAC socket
C - informs about the presence of the CO2 socket
S - informs about the presence of the AIR 8 socket (raised compressed air with the pressure of 0,8 MPa)
G - informs about the presence of the medical gases sucking socket

TPG-N/O.A.V.G - This description means: the boards’ casings, including: 1 x O2 socket, 1 x AIR socket, 1 x VAC socket, 1 x sucking socket
