The purpose of a suction controller is to measure and adjust the vacuum level, within the context of medical suction. The device is a suction controller fitted with a safety jar and a single-use plastic antibacterial filter up front. The visibility of contamination level of the filter, which can be easily and quickly changed, guarantees great hygiene and generates significant time savings.
Available for several vacuum levels:
- 0-1000 mbar (high vacuum)
- 0-600 mbar (medium vacuum)
- 0-250 mbar (paediatric vacuum)
UNIT:
milibar (mbar) / hektopascal (hPa)
1mbar = 1 hPa
Accuracy: ±1,6%
Plastic body and cover, preventing risk of corrosion. Central adjustment knob with a colored sticker: black for 0-1000 mbar/hPa, grey for 0-600 mbar/hPa and white for 0-250 mbar/hPa. Polycabonate 150cc safety jar, autoclavable at 121°C, unbreakable, fitted with an anti overflow safety device and equipped with a single-use plastic antibacterial filter.
Standard 2L collection jar with a moulded hanger and a silicone ring lid.
Available in polysulfone and polycarbonate Autoclavable (134°C for polysulfone jars, 121°C for polycarbonate jars)

Complete suction kit with two 2L jars and one suction controller.
Rail mounted RVTM suction controller, fitted with an outlet tubing nipple.
Water manometers:
Water manometr is to measure and adjust a low vacuum level (between the atmospheric pressure and 90 mbar). The water manometer should be connected to a wall source of vacuum through a direct probe or a rail mounting system. The water manometer offers a very fine adjustment of the vacuum level and ongoing visual control of the vacuum level. It is available both in single configuration (a) and double configuration (b) Available in two lengths: 60cm and 100cm
Feature highlights:
- polycarbonate body and graduated rod
- chromium-plated brass head and bottom
- micrometric-increment knob,
- cm-graduated rod , ensuring vacuum level reading accuracy
Injector:
The purpose of the injector is to create a suction, to adjust and measureit, from a source of pressured gas on the wall or cylinder (Oxygen or Medical Air). It is used to suck liquids and mucus when vacuum pipelines are missing.
The injector should be connected to a wall source of pressured gas, using a direct probe or a rail mounting system, or to a cylinder through a pressure regulator fitted with a quick-release connector. It should be fitted with a safety jar with a paper antibacterial filter, or an outlet tubing nipple.
Feature highlights:
- Anodized aluminium block, ensuring great robustness.
- Limited gas consumption: 10% in l/min of the adjusted vacuum value.
- Silent exhaust filter
- Injector calibration cannot be disturbed
- Square vacuum gauge with a broad dial, graduated in mbar : easier reading
- Maximum vacuum:700 bar
- Flow rate: 25 l/min
- Supplied with a polycarbonate 150cc safety jar with an anti overflow safety device and a paper antibacterial filter, or an outlet tubing nipple.
Technical data:
Suction Controllers are CE 0197 marked.
Suction Controllers are registered by the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocides as class IIb medicinal product.
