INMED S.A. takes the utmost care to protect your privacy. We know that only accurate information about how we handle personal data can earn us your trust and enable you to use the full potential of our Site. So we have established a Privacy Policy which details the steps we take to ensure the reliability and transparency of personal data processing, the standards we adhere to and the extent of personal data collection and processing.

Definitions

Personal Data means personal data as defined by Article 4 of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, which is collected through the Site and processed by INMED S.A.

INMED S.A., domiciled in Krępice, ul. Kwiatowa 32 A, 55-330 Krępice, is a personal data Controller and the operator of www.inmed.pl.

Policy means a set of principles, rules and experience related to the processing of personal data.

Processing means any operation or set of operations we perform upon personal data, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction, particularly any operations that lead to the selection of offers that are most suitable for you.

Site means the website available at www.inmed.pl.

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) means the EU regulation on the protection of personal data, which came into force on 25 May 2018.

 

Our Site

Before you use the functionality of the Site, we may ask you to provide some personal data, but we will never ask you to supply any data that we do not need.

As we respect your choice, you always supply your personal data on a voluntary basis. Note, however, that if you do not provide the personal data that we request, you will not have full access to our Site.

As we are constantly improving the Site, certain data about users, including you, may be collected automatically when they browse the Site.

For this purpose, we may also use profiling, which means that we analyse the data you provide so we can create an accurate description of your preferences and characteristics, which, for example, allows us to send you personalised messages for marketing purposes.

 

When and for what purpose do we process the user’s data?

  1. You can contact us about our services by filling in the form available on our Site, providing your full name and email address.
  2. If you have subscribed to our Newsletter, we use your email address to send you information about our products, services and new additions to our offering.

The data you provide may be processed with your consent to pursue the legitimate interests of INMED S.A., including direct marketing of the company’s products and services and the delivery of commercial information by electronic means.

The personal data you provide us with will not be made available to third parties unless:

  • you give your express consent for us to do so,
  • the data are transferred to authorised bodies under applicable law.

User Rights

You decide on the scope and purpose of processing. At any given time you can:

  • update and correct your personal data on an ongoing basis;
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data and request that it be deleted in whole or in part. Note, however, that, as a result, you may lose the ability to use the functionality of the Site.
  • exercise your right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.

Protection and security of user data

We care about the security of your personal data, so we use a very high level of protection and keep all information we receive confidential. The security policy we have adopted is part of our security measures. We also meet all the obligations incumbent on us as a personal data controller, resulting from generally applicable law, in particular from GDPR.

 

Cookies and IP address

We want to improve our Site, make it easier to use and tailor it to your needs, so in addition to the information you voluntarily provide, we use cookies, i.e. files with IT data stored on your device so that they can be read after reconnecting to the Site. Cookies enable us to create statistics on the use of the Site, which allows us to keep improving it. Cookies are helpful to you and us. They help adjust the content of the Site to your individual preferences, to optimise user experience and to customise the Site. ‘Cookies’ usually contain the name of the website they come from, the length of time they are stored on the device and a unique number.

We also use Google Analytics software to generate anonymous statistics on website usage and to analyse website traffic in order to tailor our Site to users’ needs.

We use Google AdWords tools, which enable us to present our offering through the Google search engine and on websites that are part of Google’s advertising network.

The Remarketing and Similar Audience functions enable us to reach people who have previously visited our or similar websites and to display our advertisement when they revisit Google.

Based on the data collected through Google AdWords, we analyse the effectiveness of advertisements displayed on Google websites, which allows us to better match our offering to your expectations.

AdWords cookies are saved when you click on the advertising banner displayed by Google on your device. Only statistical information used to identify the advertising banner is collected.

With regards to user preference data collected by Google’s advertising network, you may view and edit cookies-related information using the following tool: www.google.com/ads/preferences/.

You can opt out of cookies at any time. Regardless of which browser you use, you can disable cookies both for a specific website or for all websites you visit.
